- Welcome to PVSC! This visit includes all necessary treatment services that we offer. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete the required paperwork. Thanks! Note: HSA/FSA cards accepted as well. Please note: there is a $50 no-show fee.
- Returning Patient - Chiropractic - $55
- ($60 effective 8/1/25) Welcome back to PVSC! If you have not been in for treatment for over two years, please select "New Patient" so that we may review your history and do a thorough movement-screen. Please note: there is a $50 no-show fee.
- Chiropractic + Dry Needling - $55
- $85 Effective 8/1/25. Includes traditional sports chiropractic treatment with Dry Needling.
- 10 Pack Chiropractic Visits - $550
- Effective 8/1/25. Purchasing 10 visits saves you $5/visit.
