- Welcome to PVSC! This visit includes all necessary treatment services that we offer. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete the required paperwork. Thanks! Note: HSA/FSA cards accepted as well. Please note: there is a $50 no-show fee.
- Returning Patient - $50
- Welcome back to PVSC! If you have not been in for treatment for over two years, please select "New Patient" so that we may review your history and do a thorough movement-screen. Please note: there is a $50 no-show fee.
- Double Session - $100
- Returning Clients who feel that that they need extra time, or have multiple areas of pain.
- In-Home Visit - $200 (call for appointment)
